Work out in the park

Who says traveling is an excuse to skip a workout? One of my online clients, Paulina, could easily use that line many times – she is a flight attendant, so she spends most of her time in transit. However, Paulina also knows how important exercise is. Therefore, when she flew to Australia today, we used that opportunity to have a face to face workout. She likes to exercise with a stabilisation ball and she enjoys functional exercises, because they help her to feel good and keep good posture during long hour flights. The great workout we had today should help her to get to Dubai in good mood and condition – just in time for our next online workout session!
